Sarah Mansfield

Sarah Mansfield Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500) and Reiki Master Practitioner
Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2001. She knew then that she would become a yoga teacher, but she also knew that to be a great teacher she had to be a good student. Sarah has over 800 teacher training hours from various schools of yoga. In addition to the energetic, ever-evolving Vinyasa and Hot Yoga classes, she loves teaching pre-natal yoga, Yin yoga, restorativeyoga, meditation Pranayama, and yoga Nidra. Sarah is also a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner. Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that reintroduces harmony to your Sprit, mind and body. She is currently enrolled in a Reiki Master Teacher program. "Yoga empowers you to create your own destiny by training your mind, embracing your inner wisdom, and allowing Prana to flow freely into your life!"

Marina De Lima

Marina is a certified 200- hour registered yoga teacher. Marina received her certification in 2014 from Yoga in the World under the instruction of Anayra Calderon and Victoria Arvizu. After over 10 years of working in television production and entertainment, Marina came to yoga to find balance in her often hectic professional life. Marina fell in love with the way yoga challenged her physically through asana practice as well as mentally and spiritually through meditation practice. In March of 2015 Marina traveled to India to further her yoga education and study Ashtanga Vinyasa with Jamie Clarke and Dulce Aguilar of The Yoga People. Marina's classes are a dynamic open level flow set to an eclectic playlist. Marina is eternally grateful to her teachers and spiritual guides who encouraged her practice and influenced her unique style.

Justeen Nason

Justeen is a health & wellness advocate, yoga teacher, and proud partner at Real Hot Yoga. Justeen specializes in group and individual yoga and fitness regimes for any level, from beginner students and recently rehabilitated athletes to the more advanced practitioner. In class she seeks to provide a unique and exceptional experience with care, offering modifications to suit different needs. Justeen strives to keep her students inspired and engaged with challenging yet energizing sequencing, an uplifting attitude, and upbeat music!

Justeen is 200+ Hour RYT certified, focusing on vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative yoga, pranayama, and Katonah. She is pursuing her 500 RYT and is looking forward to getting a deeper insight to share with her students. Justeen enjoys helping students find it within themselves to become more successful in everything they do. She has become dedicated to living a holistic lifestyle, by incorporating yoga, mindful living, clean eating, and her dog Charlie Brown into her routine!

Leah Boston

Leah Boston is a fitness enthusiast and clean eats blogger. After being plagued with multiple health conditions, Leah took it upon herself to embark on a path of holistic healing. After a period of personal study, Leah found that her beliefs aligned well with a yogic lifestyle, which brought her focus back to her asana practice and her teachers at Surya Yoga Academy. As Leah progressed, she yearned to deepen her personal practice and share her story of healing with others who may also struggle with health conditions. Encouraged by her teacher, Steven Cheng, Leah began to research teacher training programs and in 2015 found Yoga in the World, where she studied under Anayra Calderon and Victoria Arvizu to receive her RYT-200 hour certification. Leah’s classes are Hatha inspired Vinyasa classes are set to modern music for a fun and uplifting flow that not only challenges the body but encourages physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Janel Duross

Janel is inspired numerous forms of movement by integrating dance, tai chi, calisthenics and animal flow with yoga to inspire another level of body sense and breath.

Moving is an important part of our lives, yet with all the technology we are moving less, hence feeling more pain, discomfort and limited-range-of-motion. Through yoga and thai bodywork Janel develops sequences that will help you move better and use your body efficiently with less pain – from picking up your children to carrying bags of groceries. She believes it is essential to know WHY you are practicing or moving in a specific manner as it will help you remember and practice more often. Stress relief and deep relaxation are some of the numerous side effects.

Janel DuRoss is a vivacious yoga teacher, Thai Bodywork, designer and superfood aficionado. A much loved personal yoga practice is Janel’s release to feel alive in her body and mind. Janel teaches yoga, meditation, Thai Bodywork and related movement workshops in NJ and NYC. Her ambition is to provide the tools to inspire you to dig deeper, so that you can learn how to feel awesome in your body.

Sarah Flaherty

Sarah found yoga in 2010 changing her life; creating a path of joy, love, understanding and respect with herself and others. Sarah's love for yoga paired with her educational background in Biology gives her an insight on the workings of the human body, it's functions and the benefits that comes with continued practice of body control and breath. Sarah's unique music paired with her challenging and creative energetic flows, leaves students feeling strong, flexible, and uplifted. Sarah achieved her 200hr teacher training certificate in 2013. Sarah's passion for yoga grows stronger every time she hits the mat. She is consistently learning and growing physically, mentally and spiritually while sharing her knowledge with her yoga family.

Kate Decock

Kate has been teaching yoga since 2004, when she completed her first teacher training at the Bikram College of India in Los Angeles. She has also completed her Ashtanga teacher training at Pure Yoga NYC and Pre-Natal training at YogaWorks in NYC and has taught at studios in Chicago, Ithaca, New York and New Jersey. A former runner, Kate first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2002. She was instantly hooked and has never stepped off. She welcomes the physical challenges, but is even more passionately drawn to the mind and spiritual connection of a consistent yoga practice. Kate is honored to have the opportunity to share her love of yoga with others and hopes students will find a place of peace on the mat that remains with them off the mat.

Katie Lipnicky

Katie's love for fitness is meshed with an absolute love of yoga. She has been practicing yoga and Pilates since 2006 becoming dedicated to her yoga practice in 2012. Once her practice became consistent, she realized how aligned she became mind, body and soul. Katie completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2015, with the hope of spreading yoga to as many people as possible. She strives to teach classes with a sequenced flow where her students can work up a sweat which allows them to grow physically as well as mentally and spiritually.

Kira Simone

Kira Simone has been practicing yoga for over a decade, and teaching for 6 years. She is trained as a vinyasa teacher, a Thai yoga therapist, a Reiki practitioner, and is currently working on a masters in Occupational Therapy. She is passionate about healing through movement, touch, and meditation.

John Quirk

John is a lifelong athlete and yogi for the last decade who has been lucky enough to leave life as a television producer and corporate America behind to pursue his true passion of helping others through the practice of various types of yoga. John received his 300 RYT with Yoga Alliance through Atmananda in Union Square and has roots practicing Jivamukti, Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and countless Vinyasa flows. John draws on all of his experiences as an athlete, television producer and student of yoga to enrich the lives of his students on and off the mat. His goal is to take the strength inside of you and help bring it out, providing students the tools to maximize their potential through self-realization and a disciplined but safe practice they can take anywhere and continue late into life. John’s greatest joy is teaching and inspiring students who in turn teach and inspire him.

Michelle Porter

Michelle Porter is a 200HR-Registered Yoga Teacher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Licensed Nutritionist located outside of New York City, in Hoboken, NJ.

Michelle received her first group fitness certifications in 2005 while attending Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH. She started out teaching Spinning and Bootcamp classes at her college rec center. After graduating with a Bachelors in Marketing, Michelle moved to New York City.

In 2007, Michelle as a means to balance out her fitness training but didn’t love it.

It wasn’t until Michelle discovered Power Yoga that she fell in love with yoga. The athletic challenge, upbeat music, and powerful flow was what she needed. In 2015, Michelle completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with Patrick Franco in Hoboken, NJ, a lineage of the Laughing Lotus Lotus Flow.

Michelle has been teaching Hot Yoga EXCLUSIVELY at Real Hot Yoga since 2015. She specializes in Athletic Powerful Flow classes that are upbeat, challenging, and fun.

Christina Noce

When Christina first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2007, it seemed a natural transition from the dance she studied and adored for the first 18 years of her life. The yoga studio quickly became her sanctuary, a place where she could shine and connect to her most authentic self. As her devotion to yoga grew deeper, Christina pursued her 200-hour certification through Surya Yoga Academy in Hoboken, NJ, under the instruction of Anayra Calderon and Victoria Arvizu.

Christina is a dynamic, thoughtful and disciplined instructor focused on conveying knowledge to her students in every class she leads. She teaches a Vinyasa flow class that combines discipline and compassion to encourage her students to work to their full potential. Her class is fast-paced, fun, and energetic.

Christina has spent the last 3 years working in private wealth services. Her background is portrayed in her style of teaching through her methodical approach, as well as her emphasis on finding balance, growth and relaxation through yoga.

Jessi Wing

Jessi is a 500hr Ayurveda inspired yoga teacher with additional certifications in Ayurveda, Yin and Restorative yoga. Yoga found Jessi at a very pivotal time in her life. She had been looking for some sense of peace amidst the chaos, and found yoga to be the game changer. During a transformational year, she filled her days with the practice until she realized she had stumbled onto the right path, and was headed somewhere truly magical. She decided to dive deeper, and immersed herself in her 200hr teacher training under Kim Crotty and Denise Egan, coming to appreciate that growth requires strength, and strength requires growth. Jessi couldn't get enough, extreme in all that she does, her insatiable hunger for knowledge led her to take that next step, completing her 300hr Advanced Vinyasa training under Amy Pastore. Her advanced iflow yoga studies were humbling. Reining in her free thinking, big-picture outlook, she developed a great attention to detail, allowing her to fine-tune her offerings. Looking at yoga through an ayurvedic lens, Jessi integrates the art and science of longevity into her teachings to keep her students balanced and safe on their yoga journey. She brings her colorful experiences, coupled with a passion for movement to encourage others to carve out time to feed their body and soul. The opportunity to find stillness within a physically demanding practice is what she offers her students. The music, the movement and the breath brought together in a practice of personal acceptance and patience is what inspires Jessi.

Brendan Gibbons

Brendan has been practicing yoga since 2001. He studied yoga intensely while traveling through India, Nepal and Thailand for 6 months in 2007 and then completed his certification in 2008 with YogaWorks in New York City. Since then he has been teaching at studios in New York City, Hoboken and surrounding suburbs and Los Angeles. Also, he has either managed or owned yoga studios in NYC, Hoboken and LA.

His classes are strong and energetic. Combining intelligent sequences with a strong pace you will be left feeling invigorated, "worked out", yet calm, focused and with a better understanding of your body. By practicing with Brendan you will gain clear lines of strength and power within your body not just from a strong pace but also from working clearly and vigorously within each posture. When you are done with his class you will be ready to take on the day with strength, ease and may even feel an inch taller.

Stacey Accardo

A natural born athlete, Stacey excelled in sports as she possessed an infallible determination and dedication. As captain of her High School & College track teams, she proved to be a consummate leader as she brought her teams to many victories. In keeping with her insatiable thirst for health and fitness, Stacey became a Registered Nurse as she continued to participate in competitive sports through triathlons. She truly found her calling when she was introduced to Yoga. After experiencing a complete transformation in her life, mind, body and soul, Stacey felt compelled to bestow this newfound knowledge to others so that they too could experience the profound impact it has had on her life. She went on to receive her certification through Yoga Synthesis in Ramsey by Raji Thron. Stacey has three beautiful children who also participate in the practice of Yoga.

Megan Grbic

Megan is an Ashtanga Vinyasa inspired instructor, under the mentorship of Raji Thron (500 hours E-RYT). She is committed to teaching fun and challenging classes while using the exquisite alignment and sequencing principles of traditional Ashtanga. She also finds inspiration in teaching Budokon yoga, a style of seamlessly blended yoga, martial arts and meditation. Off the mat, Megan is a professional actress (SAG/AFTRA/AEA) and print model, currently representing Jade Mats as Brand Ambassador. Expect powerful Vinyasa sequences, "meditation in motion" and a mind/body connection that holds strong on and off the mat.
Hot Flow/Hot power/Hot vinyasa - Call it what you want, it’s one of our favorite classes! Power yoga offers an excellent way to tone & strengthen muscles, increase heart rate, and burn calories…and then some! The hot room, 95˚ will make you sweat giving your body an awesome detoxification. Challenge yourself, feel great, and prepare to power through the rest of your day… or evening. This all levels class has plenty of instruction for beginners, and some optional, more advanced poses such as arm balances and inversions to challenge more experienced yogis.
