Leah Boston

Leah Boston is a fitness enthusiast and clean eats blogger. After being plagued with multiple health conditions, Leah took it upon herself to embark on a path of holistic healing. After a period of personal study, Leah found that her beliefs aligned well with a yogic lifestyle, which brought her focus back to her asana practice and her teachers at Surya Yoga Academy. As Leah progressed, she yearned to deepen her personal practice and share her story of healing with others who may also struggle with health conditions. Encouraged by her teacher, Steven Cheng, Leah began to research teacher training programs and in 2015 found Yoga in the World, where she studied under Anayra Calderon and Victoria Arvizu to receive her RYT-200 hour certification. Leah’s classes are Hatha inspired Vinyasa classes are set to modern music for a fun and uplifting flow that not only challenges the body but encourages physical, mental and spiritual healing.

  • Hot Flow/Hot power/Hot vinyasa - Call it what you want, it’s one of our favorite classes! Power yoga offers an excellent way to tone & strengthen muscles, increase heart rate, and burn calories…and then some! The hot room, 95 will make you sweat giving your body an awesome detoxification. Challenge yourself, feel great, and prepare to power through the rest of your day… or evening. This all levels class has plenty of instruction for beginners, and some optional, more advanced poses such as arm balances and inversions to challenge more experienced yogis.
