Frankie's yoga journey began in 2007, discovering Bikram Yoga. Diving deeper through music and meditation, he found that Hot Vinyasa quickly became his new passion. The combination of movement and music stirred his soul unlike anything he’s ever experienced on the mat. The practice allowed him to express his creativity through a challenging, yet playful practice. Off the mat, Frankie received his BA in Fashion Merchandising and his Cosmetology license. He enjoyed the successes of opening a cosmetic boutique, developing his own cosmetic/skincare line called Red Queen, and became a traveling makeup artist for a well known beauty company. He realized that helping women celebrate their inner beauty gave him the true, deeper satisfaction he was looking for, and realized he was hooked on the feeling. Being Inspired by the NJ Yoga community, he knew that his next step was to become a yoga instructor. He obtained his 200 hour RYT from Twisted Lotus, a lineage of Laughing Lotus. As a Yoga Instructor, Frankie is able to continue to do what he loves, while using a holistic approach. His class provides a safe, smooth and smart sequence that will introduce beginners to traditional Vinyasa Yoga and also pushing the limits of an advanced Yogi. His classes can expect to enjoy a fun, eclectic playlist and will OM, flow and share peace.

His classes are strong and energetic. Combining intelligent sequences with a strong pace you will be left feeling invigorated, "worked out", yet calm, focused and with a better understanding of your body. By practicing with Brendan you will gain clear lines of strength and power within your body not just from a strong pace but also from working clearly and vigorously within each posture. When you are done with his class you will be ready to take on the day with strength, ease and may even feel an inch taller.
