Jessica Namit's teaching style is thoughtful and calming, allowing students to turn inward as they work on increasing strength and flexibility, as well as focusing the mind.

Jessica encourages students to honor their bodies and physical limitations as they practice, offering modifications for either more or less of a challenge.

She appreciates that everyone has their own unique motivations for practicing yoga, which is why it is her intention to create a safe and supportive environment where students can explore, grow, and discover the wonderful benefits of yoga for themselves.

Jessica is Yoga Alliance certified to teach yoga and prenatal yoga, and is CPR/AED certified. For more info: jessicanamit.com

Brendan has been practicing yoga since 2001. He studied yoga intensely while traveling through India, Nepal and Thailand for 6 months in 2007 and then completed his certification in 2008 with YogaWorks in New York City. Since then he has been teaching at studios in New York City, Hoboken and surrounding suburbs and Los Angeles. Also, he has either managed or owned yoga studios in NYC, Hoboken and LA.

His classes are strong and energetic. Combining intelligent sequences with a strong pace you will be left feeling invigorated, "worked out", yet calm, focused and with a better understanding of your body. By practicing with Brendan you will gain clear lines of strength and power within your body not just from a strong pace but also from working clearly and vigorously within each posture. When you are done with his class you will be ready to take on the day with strength, ease and may even feel an inch taller.

Jessi is a 500hr Ayurveda inspired yoga teacher with additional certifications in Ayurveda, Yin and Restorative yoga. Yoga found Jessi at a very pivotal time in her life. She had been looking for some sense of peace amidst the chaos, and found yoga to be the game changer. During a transformational year, she filled her days with the practice until she realized she had stumbled onto the right path, and was headed somewhere truly magical. She decided to dive deeper, and immersed herself in her 200hr teacher training under Kim Crotty and Denise Egan, coming to appreciate that growth requires strength, and strength requires growth. Jessi couldn't get enough, extreme in all that she does, her insatiable hunger for knowledge led her to take that next step, completing her 300hr Advanced Vinyasa training under Amy Pastore. Her advanced iflow yoga studies were humbling. Reining in her free thinking, big-picture outlook, she developed a great attention to detail, allowing her to fine-tune her offerings. Looking at yoga through an ayurvedic lens, Jessi integrates the art and science of longevity into her teachings to keep her students balanced and safe on their yoga journey. She brings her colorful experiences, coupled with a passion for movement to encourage others to carve out time to feed their body and soul. The opportunity to find stillness within a physically demanding practice is what she offers her students. The music, the movement and the breath brought together in a practice of personal acceptance and patience is what inspires Jessi.
Frankie's passion for teaching began as a makeup artist helping women with the latest beauty techniques. He quickly discovered that helping women celebrate their inner beauty gave him deeper satisfaction. As a Yoga Instructor, Frankie is able to continue to do what he loves using a holistic approach. Frankie obtained his 200 hour RYT from Jeff Posner. His class provides a safe, smooth and smart sequence that will introduce beginners to traditional Vinyasa Yoga and push the limits of an advanced Yogi. The class will enjoy a fun eclectic playlist and will OM, flow and share peace.
James is a full-time adventurer, musician and certified yoga instructor. James started his yoga career playing music at yoga studios in exchange for yoga. Constantly being surrounded by the practice, James received his 200 HOUR RYT from Jeff Posner and his Laughing Lotus inspired sequencing. You can expect to flow from start to finish, with logical sequencing that will allow your body to reap the benefits of combining steady strength and free flowing movement. James’s classes are inspired by his singer/songwriter career in music, creating a class that plays like a sweet song.
Barbara has been teaching group exercise for 30+ years. She is an AFAA certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. She was most recently the fitness host of “Sweat in the City”- a segment on the “Running Series” which aired on the YES Network and reviewed the most cutting edge classes in the metropolitan area. She was introduced to yoga by her daughter (a one-time world class athlete in taekwondo) who invited her to take class so they could spend time together. Barbara was humbled by how yoga challenged her strength, flexibility and balance. She was hooked and decided to get certified. She completed her 200-hour RYT under the guidance of Brenda Blanco. Barbara’s Real Hot & Tone class is unique in that it combines her knowledge of fitness using weights, resistance tubing and bodyweight training with yoga asanas. This class is a great compliment to your yoga practice.
