Jessica Namit's teaching style is thoughtful and calming, allowing students to turn inward as they work on increasing strength and flexibility, as well as focusing the mind.
Jessica encourages students to honor their bodies and physical limitations as they practice, offering modifications for either more or less of a challenge.
She appreciates that everyone has their own unique motivations for practicing yoga, which is why it is her intention to create a safe and supportive environment where students can explore, grow, and discover the wonderful benefits of yoga for themselves.
Jessica is Yoga Alliance certified to teach yoga and prenatal yoga, and is CPR/AED certified. For more info: jessicanamit.com
His classes are strong and energetic. Combining intelligent sequences with a strong pace you will be left feeling invigorated, "worked out", yet calm, focused and with a better understanding of your body. By practicing with Brendan you will gain clear lines of strength and power within your body not just from a strong pace but also from working clearly and vigorously within each posture. When you are done with his class you will be ready to take on the day with strength, ease and may even feel an inch taller.
Michelle received her first group fitness certifications in 2005 while attending Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH. She started out teaching Spinning and Bootcamp classes at her college rec center. After graduating with a Bachelors in Marketing, Michelle moved to New York City.
In 2007, Michelle as a means to balance out her fitness training but didn’t love it.
It wasn’t until Michelle discovered Power Yoga that she fell in love with yoga. The athletic challenge, upbeat music, and powerful flow was what she needed. In 2015, Michelle completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with Patrick Franco in Hoboken, NJ, a lineage of the Laughing Lotus Lotus Flow.
Michelle has been teaching Hot Yoga EXCLUSIVELY at Real Hot Yoga since 2015. She specializes in Athletic Powerful Flow classes that are upbeat, challenging, and fun.
